Yes, you can, as long as the order has not been dispatched. Once it leaves our warehouse, the delivery address cannot be changed.

CARE FOR KURTA AND DUPATTA:

  • Handcrafted pieces may have gentle variations that celebrate the artisan’s touch.
  • Handcrafted pieces often carry small variations. These are not flaws, but signs of human hands and the beauty of craft.
  • Our garments are handcrafted with natural or azo free dyes, and may release a little colour in the first few washes. This is natural, temporary, and part of the garment’s artistic character.
  • Dry Clean Only to protect the fabric, craft, and colour.
  • Do not machine wash.
  • Do not soak.
  • Clean separately to avoid any colour transfer.
  • Add a handful of salt to the first rinse to help set the color.
  • Please avoid using harsh detergents, fabric softeners, bleach, or starch.
  • Turn clothes inside out to minimize discoloration, especially dark shades.
  • Keep away from direct sunlight while drying to preserve the natural hues.
  • Always iron naturally, inside out, at a warm to hot temperature. Do not wet the fabric while ironing.

CARE OF PANT:

Wash it normally with mild detergent - ensuring the fabric stays true to its nature, wear after wear.

Simply click on the Notify Me When Restocked option under the sold-out product. We cannot commit to a specific restock date, but if the product returns, you will receive an email alert.

Our pants will be replenished. Each kurta and dupatta, however, is created as a one-of-a-kind piece and won’t be remade.

All photographs are shot in natural and studio lighting to represent the colours as accurately as possible. Still, slight differences may occur because cameras interpret light differently than the human eye.

Since our products are handcrafted in small batches, natural variations in dye lots may also lead to subtle shade differences. Handcrafted by artisans, not machines, every kurta and dupatta carries its own character and authenticity.

Every HeerVaani piece is made by skilled artisans, not mass-produced by machines. Small variations in motifs, placement, or texture are natural results of the handcrafting process.

These irregularities are what make your piece unique and one of a kind.

Shipping Related FAQ

No. We actively avoid the use of plastic. Our packaging is biodegradable, compostable, and kinder to the Earth. Everything is made from 100% plant-based materials - completely plastic-free.

Even our thank-you card is a seed paper, designed to be planted and grown. Thoughtfully packed. Completely sustainable.

You will receive an email, WhatsApp message or SMS with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. Please check your junk or spam folder as well, as emails may sometimes land there.

Yes, we offer reverse pickup for eligible returns/exchanges within India.

For a few pin codes where reverse pickup is not supported, we may request you to ship the product back to us at your own cost and risk.

We provide free shipping on all orders.

Orders are usually delivered within a week. Sometimes delays may happen because of:

  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas
  • Weather issues
  • Natural calamities
  • Unexpected situations

Working Days are Monday to Friday. Weekends are not counted in the shipping timeline.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you on your registered email and WhatsApp number. During a SALE period, please expect a slight delay due to higher order volumes.

Please do not accept a parcel if it appears tampered, as we will not be able to take responsibility for it.

We accept all major prepaid payment methods such as credit cards & debit cards, UPI, and Net-banking. Cash on delivery (COD) is currently not accepted.
