Return & Exchange Policy
Before initiating a return for any Heervaani product, customers are requested to understand how our products are made. All Heervaani garments are handblock printed by traditional artisans using natural dyes, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other with natural variations.
As processes are carried out manually, minor irregularities are natural and are not considered defects. Handcrafted variations, minor misprints, and colour differences are not defects but a mark of authenticity and a unique earth-conscious choice.
At Heervaani, we work hard to deliver the best quality and fit and believe in complete transparency so our customers can make informed purchase decisions. Customers are advised to carefully read the product description, size guide, and disclaimer and zoom in on the high-resolution images to understand the print and color before placing an order.
If you are not satisfied with the delivered product, we understand your concern and assure you a smooth and hassle-free return or exchange process.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
- Visit the return/exchange link and submit your request with images and reason of return/exchange if required OR call/whatsapp on +91 90334 58201 for assistance OR drop an email on care@heervaani.com.
- For eligible pin codes, a return pickup will be arranged.
- Pickup occurs within 7 to 10 working days.
- Ensure the product is unused and all tags are intact.
All exchange and return requests will be processed as per the terms and conditions mentioned below:
- Return/exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and neither altered nor tampered with, and should be returned in its original condition with all tags, barcode stickers, embellishments, and add-ons intact.
Exchange
Exchange works best when you love the product but need it in a different size.
- Once you place an exchange request, the original product will be picked up, and the new size will be delivered to you.
- If the desired size is unavailable, our standard return and refund policy applies.
- We offer free shipping for the first exchange. For any subsequent exchange or return of the same garment, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Return
Return works best for products you don’t like, are damaged, or sent incorrectly.
- Place a return request, and after pick-up and quality check, we will refund to your original payment method.
- The amount will be refunded after adjusting a shipping cost of INR 150/-, except in cases of damaged or wrongly delivered products.
- During quality check, if the returned product is found used, washed, altered, or damaged, it will be sent back and no refund will be issued. The customer will also be barred from future purchases.
Return for damaged/wrongly delivered products
- Any damaged or wrongly delivered items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share images through the provided link for verification or call/whatsapp on +91 90334 58201 for assistance, or email us at care@heervaani.com.
- Keep the packaging and invoice until verification is complete.
- Once the return is approved, we’ll arrange pick-up and refund the full amount, including shipping cost, to your payment method. The reverse pick-up charge will be borne by Heervaani.
- Note: Anything that is a part of our product disclaimer doesn’t qualify as a valid return reason. Exchanges can be made following our standard exchange policy. Repeated invalid returns (from about half of the yearly orders) will result in all future orders being processed on a no-return, no-cancellation basis.
Refund
After your return request is approved, choose self-ship or our pick-up service.
- Self-ship: Full refund to your payment method.
- Pick-up: Refund after INR 150 shipping deduction.
- Wrong/damaged delivery by Heervaani: Full refund including shipping cost.
Products found used, washed, altered, or damaged during quality check will be returned with no refund, and the customer may be barred from future orders.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
- A cancellation after dispatch will incur an INR 150 cancellation fee.
Courier Note
Deliveries are handled by third-party partners. While we support you throughout the process, some situations may be outside our control. Delivery executive details are shared only with the recipient.
