Is there plastic in our packaging?
No. We actively avoid the use of plastic. Our packaging is biodegradable, compostable, and kinder to the Earth. Everything is made from 100% plant-based materials—completely plastic-free. Even our thank-you card is a seed paper, designed to be planted and grown. Thoughtfully packed. Completely sustainable.
Where are my tracking details?
You will receive an email, WhatsApp message, or SMS with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched. Please check your junk or spam folder as well, as emails may sometimes land there.
Do you offer reverse pickup for returns?
Yes, we offer reverse pickup for eligible returns/exchanges within India.
For a few pin codes where reverse pickup is not supported, we may request you to ship the product back to us at your own cost and risk.
What are your shipping charges?
We provide free shipping on all orders.
What is your shipping timeline?
Orders are usually delivered within a week. Sometimes delays may happen because of:
- Remote or hard-to-reach areas
- Weather issues
- Natural calamities
- Unexpected situations
Working Days are Monday to Friday. Weekends are not counted in the shipping timeline.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you on your registered email and WhatsApp number. During a SALE period, please expect a slight delay due to higher order volumes.
Please do not accept a parcel if it appears tampered, as we will not be able to take responsibility for it.
